They have a spray called “Nature’s Miracle” at the pet store that will completely get rid of any stain and any smell. Just follow the directions VERY closely, on the bottle. Works every time, even for old stains.
You stick it in the washing machine.
Baking soda can work a bit. Use a hair dryer or air dry is good. To make sure this never happens again.. you can get those protective sheets.
yea, baking soda should work, and that oxy laundry spray is good too.
easy peasy.. take it to be dry cleaned..
Hi, I work for Select Comfort in customer service. Our mattress cover can be spot-cleaned but should never be laundered or dry-cleaned as doing so will destroy the fabric.
To clean the cover, it is easiest if you can unzip your cover, take it off the mattress and take it to a laundry tub or bathtub. Using a sponge and a mild detergent (Dreft, Ivory Snow or Woolite) and water mix, {for extra stain-lifting, sparkling water can be used} take the sponge and spot treat the stained area as you would for a carpet stain. To rinse, allow cool water to run through that area – do not submerge the whole cover in the sink or bathtub; do not saturate. Pat it dry with a towel and allow it to fully dry on a clothesline or draped over something in your home (such as a shower curtain rod or over a chair). Wringing water from the material is not advised.
For odor, fabric softener sheets work well, as do products such as febreeze.
