It fits, so it would work, but they do make bed skirts for that purpose.
if it fits use it. if your just covering the box spring a fitted bottom sheet shud work just as well and u cud coordinate it more with yr bedding or room.

Wouldn’t be the most attractive choice. A matching fitted sheet or a bed skirt would be better.
