my daughter crawled into our bed and then peed. it is very wet and nothing will soak it up. i tried towels, paper towels, diapers. it is still wet.
it says not to put the mattress cover in washer. if i do blow dry the stain will it mold?

I just bought a mattress–sealy plush posturepedic–and now am wondering if i should buy a cover for it or if putting sheets on it is fine. i was told by the guy at mattress firm that mattresses will last twice as long if you buy a waterproof mattress cover. is that true?

Ok, have you heard of the geo mattress? My mattress is a hard mattress, one that comes with a hospital bed. Think they put rocks in these mattresses. Do you know of mattresses or mattress covers that will ease chronic pain enough to get a few hours of sleep? Insurance company approved, if not not too expensive.

cat piss on a feather mattress cover?

My grandmother bought me a fairly expensive feather mattress cover. Just looks like a feather comforter but smaller, so it only covers the top of the mattress. I left it out and my cat peed all over it. Is there any way I can get the smell out of it? I don’t want to throw it away but I know cats will pee where they smell pee, and also….I don’t want my bed to stink like cat pee. Any help?
